imperfect stars

This illustration project is a tribute to human imperfection. I chose monotyping as my medium because the technique lends a unique, imperfect aesthetic to every print. This process was the perfect way to convey the project's core message: that celebrities are just as flawed and human as the rest of us. My portraits of these stars intentionally celebrate the imperfect and show that perfection is an illusion.
